请教一个问题

如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

The landlord was actuuly very glad that we notified him 1 month early. He kept our security deposit though.

  Z6 I, E3 x' e( g看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
! r3 `; y+ p2 i6 f A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
: o4 c/ _9 w5 ]  d（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。
