& J- Z: U- M, U; A. B* Z* F7 G•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
# ^5 b: `+ C* _, N- P•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
- ]5 I& Y. |/ n5 K$ Y5 @4 @•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
$ t' A& f0 }; F1 s3 t•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

" w7 t# k1 A) UREQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
/ }: l6 k+ a3 x8 p•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
