POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
, N+ C$ B3 I) |1 i9 R; MKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
+ v, ^5 r% N* a/ ^2 m0 l•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

6 ^4 j7 W8 \$ Z8 P# o" ~' `: J1 D•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) S9 Y8 k2 K- E+ B•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
7 L$ h+ B3 Y! n7 e" P$ X: k•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
