•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
8 P# A: d5 }8 VKey areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
) g4 O" q1 L& F0 f0 ^•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
4 R8 P. U0 G- Z1 e" X) F' U. a•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
* [. f8 O6 n. W: b•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
7 N, O4 Y- R- O•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

- j- y& _. L- o•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
5 D! P, t& A4 y7 H•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
, I) I% E# G4 S/ O$ J•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
