( K. {& j% W$ a0 }•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- B! b$ K0 H' i2 J6 |0 r4 Z" M•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
7 ^1 b! M7 [; g) |( R& g•        Lead by example in company service standards.
( @& K" j5 t% k" ^, @  Z, i•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
  }3 ^: G8 W" `3 y•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

1 r4 F, ?' L% B. }•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 l& o) K, Z7 g•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
8 F7 D0 p  e5 [$ `6 O! _% H! O•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
' ~  C- d' ]% S3 `7 x% t4 k" s•        Strong Leadership skills.
