POSITION SUMMARY:

8 T+ P2 ~& }" J; f2 G: |( w•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
7 T7 J% y2 b6 U1 SDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
& `- m8 {8 ?; x, n; `6 ?•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

, ~6 a! ]  u3 }  O- E•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
4 K6 U6 T, t! q( C8 |6 l8 m! L•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
