POSITION SUMMARY:

1 i- i, o2 G3 K•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.

( M- t. J- B' s•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

7 V6 A2 F+ h* K9 jREQUIREMENTS:
  E% V( J8 A- R$ _: }1 e
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
5 D. A$ H) F, P2 C2 p# b•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
