POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
( j! n! m1 a, \•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
& s9 U# Y, ^3 X- D% \5 B•        Manage store physical inventory.
5 H) Q/ Y4 M+ s2 q! ^% Y6 ~•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
