POSITION SUMMARY:

Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

/ x; }7 i8 @+ n* |" V% f/ ?•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
8 v. Z2 b3 J& A1 i& d4 s•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
2 x& j& n! F/ |- I- k% N2 B8 o•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
) e. t3 g8 V9 F( Y•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
