POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
' ?3 v: v% f* Q•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, k1 h3 i" |+ ^& G8 V•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
: E: D* C# }& f) t! w+ ~; S•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
! g  k, Z' X. w+ C$ c) j•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
, Z7 r% T; D  m, g7 T
- F) L+ T2 L2 }/ H•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
% B9 t  G9 [+ K6 H5 e7 l•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
6 b. m* ]5 z1 n" e9 E  i! @: u•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
