POSITION SUMMARY:

: [9 }( v9 e1 P: c+ C0 @4 Z+ a•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
) @$ q$ H; Y; T  SDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
6 y* ~/ m6 C  X4 N•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:
9 p/ {2 {# o" c/ e6 L2 P% s& G7 j" n
& C$ ]3 }% w2 J4 R$ ]$ g9 R•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
0 J8 L! x8 l2 w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
; O4 a7 l, k& j# u! C•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
$ a; K; [, [6 X/ j•        Strong Leadership skills.
