  ~( B5 L! e9 F* E•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

: ?6 n7 `/ g+ v•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
  n: }' Y+ J- V•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
1 Y+ ]) m2 q; s  s/ a•        Excellent customer service skills.
+ g/ i! V1 r$ }, W: J•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
