Role Details
Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday–Friday) — full-time; Lieu of time and working on weekends is possible
Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required

Key Responsibilities
Investigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
# w( p( ~3 T1 @' K$ wManage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
$ p" t& h/ m2 `* S+ _Issue notices to tenants
Communicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts

Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
