Location: Our office is in the south; travel to north sites required

0 h; {5 G8 O  W+ b# qInvestigate, document, and report issues of properties and tenants
( t9 z5 v$ P5 g: \Manage and address maintenance requests; inspect completed work
Issue notices to tenants
0 C; }8 q( `/ E" J( S, s  c& h. f0 SCommunicate with tenants to resolve issues; respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts
# x( ^! u' b9 TMonitor repair status and property condition
Use property-management software to track and complete tasks
