) Z- f. @' U1 {8 Q27.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 3 p.m. until 8:30

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
- F0 j0 {! u4 j+ V1 COperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

5 s2 Y. m, L+ X* ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

' C% ?! C, Q, k) h+ E2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.
4 m1 E- D; ?! O; _0 U
4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

( m) M0 E& U3 @9 o# i1 u9 x5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
) l5 V+ i8 W" z% a- L5 d; gshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- P8 E: D3 V7 W' N1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
6 {+ A3 u+ Q0 tknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.

9 Q' m! b% Q" `6 u3 g: x1 k3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
