p.m., Monday through Friday

17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday
+ H+ z! n" q$ N- w9 e3 @JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
% ~- Q* M7 Q2 ^* Z, J6 I1) Serve as cashier when required.
. }1 F' V, s. n
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

9 m" l! V% A. L, f! x4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

* x& t5 h) [# g5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

9 b' [  U$ N# N; N, ~6) Perform monthly food inventory.

1 W1 R& d$ D& X7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

( H2 I6 X, @. f0 G) f' b. N( Z To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

; x. H; t  B, V3 F5 [QUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
5 ~4 r% f) Z3 X8 V  {# S+ dknowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
# e- C+ p, o4 G6 _) x7 Z* K: i
3) Cashier experience.
( G. k( d3 `0 F7 F0 l4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

6 p1 D( s! W: k9 Y5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.96/hour (under negotiation) plus 50% discount on food  
purchased at SU outlets to be eaten on shift break
