Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage + A! G6 s; d7 ?* ]. M* O4 y+ S7 |0 @

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
- n E7 Q/ f2 ~ khigh level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in

- G$ [# D6 w G( \: A- Z' q3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the % y( N# t3 m" N

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
0 Y! }6 h4 G l% |including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 7 P# i4 ]4 ?% j3 p
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2 E5 L6 C4 M4 l ` y' l3 r2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
1 @- G) |' ^- q- r! c# N4 I2 a! Z7 Xoperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union - m: M! {) v. \8 }& R* G, a+ x$ h

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
