JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the 6 p4 ?; R" i0 F% y
Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for
( g% F% F( z8 L3 T0 P* R) icarrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a ! |# x% O9 k. z% d% _0 x
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in 3 y5 c2 `; |; N R5 U3 U1 S0 Y

/ _5 a9 [+ |4 A" a& d7 a3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the $ G1 y# S' X; ]: h2 j* ~4 @
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.+ S$ b2 I* {: N, J
) P- T; p5 w, S+ B& M- U4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate

! K2 I( s. P) m( T% i6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health ' j9 R. A; f, T' P: q& a
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

9 m7 J# q5 N( h" M2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based

4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
