We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

1. Able to communicate fluently in English
0 l7 Y2 R  ^( b+ z3 X* z2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
9 v- O) [' c& M  A' V4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
8 s6 B% s  W& O7 Q5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience

& ~4 o$ V7 |9 B. G" ]9 O1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
+ _+ O) m% G8 |' U1 f9 g2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
0 h% @$ ~! ^! W! q2 e7 ?3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
  s% l! D  Q" V  H) s% `4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
" k1 X. ], b7 O* Q: [8 O5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
! M  h; ^* N( c4 c1 d6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
