Requirement:
1 r1 x; f6 Y; U1. Able to communicate fluently in English
$ P; `. A: w1 ]8 \ O4 ^2. Have hand on skills on cleaning and maintenance: H5 G0 O: m. T2 G' t3 E
3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions0 g- Q( R# D4 F% n3 f
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
$ v, y5 u4 n* I) V5. Has class 5 drivers license
8 H& w) Z; n, _: f. i8 X' x6. At least 1-year work experience in any field% j+ c+ l% S; F: B) e

Job Duties:
$ h$ ^4 C. W* w5 A3 }' d1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools+ D5 K( [4 g5 U; s" T# a( f
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
. o! ?2 Z% O$ n- y) U' f- H3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties4 [7 t$ r& U6 F8 l K
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices( w( n9 u3 J6 c% Z- g
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs& ~( q2 A5 a/ B9 ?0 B& a! M
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
