4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails" k4 _" B6 j8 l
5. Has class 5 drivers license, L/ p3 _3 `; r. q
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field9 p' r6 v: \) a/ U

1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools6 A0 q( d, J; D) V% g; t. h
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks) d' O k: d% ^
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties+ Q3 u& @7 m# I2 S5 |# S9 u
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
, N4 B/ d; s# u0 P0 U2 a5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
3 N# l6 n+ s4 u1 E% r0 k6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
