As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

At least 1-year customer service working experience in Canada

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.
( P6 Z8 h) D p# T M: DA comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.% k5 S7 ?& M7 L. w8 @; ?1 k4 F

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.5 X; T& i/ B+ _
Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required. ]7 s% A; H/ _, u! H
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.: n' W2 B5 O1 E) Y1 d8 \

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
) h" c, ^7 t0 r. SSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required. C9 a) d4 c3 e$ L* v
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
9 h7 N/ O& ~) f* B ^Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
9 h2 P7 M, C0 tEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.+ S+ @0 x) Q/ F5 z5 G4 C
