Class 5 drivers’ license

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

m8 t- @7 y2 M2 JCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.) u4 ~4 u0 [ H7 j, E
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy." T% U% `4 d1 {5 ~9 |9 w4 U

# N3 \! p1 b0 {' R4 s. s! l+ n gPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.& d1 a8 q1 z- h+ M
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.9 o6 M# C9 g* y' {9 B. b
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.3 T; ]* \( T/ J: V
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.2 C+ f( w2 }+ g7 T: b
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.1 ~5 R; x1 Y6 Q) |5 K
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.9 i0 ^7 E) [! Y# L8 o
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
