Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.; Y( V9 L9 _9 W
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
