Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.* a. W, D5 |. d& i/ \7 w: c
A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

Financial

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.& ?# s; N; v! \
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.6 i2 ?. l2 p. h) B

Maintenance) a' L. N7 p# w$ {
Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.8 {( b) X; k8 T9 X& j8 ]
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
$ T+ A7 g& T) W# O: R4 CEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.$ ^1 I* _5 f" m, t# a
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
# S$ j* w( v; e6 }Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
/ f& l0 C: n/ p9 SPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
