Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.1 I+ H6 I* F% S; \, h9 }8 J

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
