As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.7 L. v* A5 R8 ]' x; z+ D+ g

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.' Z3 }. M" X- y- j! S3 d
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
. `7 N0 @, x0 c# bPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
