As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance
& V. V5 J" J( Q. O' DPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.$ q* H* U6 C k- N
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
& x9 E' L) M7 W5 E0 K+ jConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
" x& Z' U L9 fPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
! n8 F. O$ Z$ I: r$ d y+ t& pEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.5 s6 F* M9 l* v4 `
