Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

" I& t! ^/ N6 k# W; cMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

1 s" J$ Y8 M& C5 YPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
& A( P/ U. r+ j! Z( ~: t8 ~Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
% h- s/ d4 w" CEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.; G( ?2 j- J$ K: B
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
