Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties./ @9 ?, x2 x X5 ~
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.9 B3 x- Y1 z4 @& r
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
