Supervision of contract service providers.

Drive to sites

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.- Y4 Z( W% T+ @' [, R
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.7 |! F. w/ i" u: L
Maintenance! S6 L# v1 N- U5 x: S" `
/ x+ h) z, o# J! R1 N7 |% |% jPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
* ^! l4 Y5 O! B+ [Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
