We are currently seeking a Resident Manager for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.

Maintenance

6 B. P: S! a+ w" { fPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.6 J q' m J5 q4 x" d8 C7 f4 ~# Y
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
) I( I2 `+ ~0 `9 z# _3 F2 }Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
5 u* {% t- o( u4 d4 s. [Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
! |2 s! i0 o0 a H6 |4 ]. VEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
