recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

0 H* V6 D8 a% M' H" qSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
% x7 E9 v# L2 X
* N5 k% [2 N/ u6 ^Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
2 h5 g. Z6 |" _2 B& Uadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.
+ Z5 Z9 p3 x* G7 M
9 r9 _0 A! ^2 U2 o  f+ @8 q# hQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
7 q  A: \( x! C1 h/ F& c& ?) ]skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
+ h( L6 ?+ O  L7 r; X. K/ Rproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
8 I" ~9 E4 m6 ~  ran asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
* @# _7 `! n: I; U3 i3 Jdirections.
