recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

! {  P* X- `% Y' Z. M) vSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
( p; ]0 z9 F* l1 ]# E$ K( @
! X( o/ ^7 _+ ?Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
' g' m  h, p% W+ ^! x  k/ @; ]answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
: E$ G- i% ?; r) J# A8 imaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
- A7 ^3 g- y8 L6 {admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
$ ~% d' Q* i- [7 k  Q1 X4 F$ Laddresses and general office duties.
1 v/ g+ I; S* z: u+ r! S6 h( V. e
Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
  }$ e: L1 D1 [- L3 vpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
, T! \! k$ L% D" E, E  O. I  ?an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
' E8 i4 C9 ?! G; N4 J7 mdirections.
