The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions

( e+ X1 ^9 O' qSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

9 u2 W) Z# k4 O, t! T, v+ YDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
! o. O/ @* z1 M# gmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

* |% ^1 N( y3 OQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
/ ~+ n, M! W; _( tskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
3 E! W4 B. |) l1 Tan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
