Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

' o! O4 M% B4 W6 o2 `2 ^; D" L' ^Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
7 N7 A, q9 D& d5 [  f' d1 t' Eanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
8 R! ^1 u$ z8 ]! O: Tadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
, f" D! C1 {0 l) T. D$ q6 laddresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
7 ?# W% \+ K6 }5 \  s& [peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
+ i4 E+ Q; c/ A5 t; pskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
: e6 G; |7 M0 Eproficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
) `/ w2 ?' E  }  @) ]! uan asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
