Student Intern.

( H. \* [/ x$ s! t! lSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
- k8 A; e0 E+ |* R6 ranswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
$ r0 c5 \& L0 n; `maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
. ~; W' Z  a# K  O: _; |# r, y+ n4 Sadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
( l* J+ u  O% Y: e. |3 o, Kskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
7 M7 @2 _7 E3 l2 V  n: |7 g' Edirections.
