}# R; q0 Z' @( _5 t! N0 L; pvenues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
) T2 p1 F4 b, Uetc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for: U; h/ {5 r% M6 a
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and0 T) b! n9 J# {$ m9 {$ ^
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during! v. o9 r, C: {9 f7 ^% o; y
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,5 H5 a( E {/ O& C' R) {
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
6 T! q) B0 N! R& h! r: ]( k# q" Hvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
0 q" B! e# l) s4 uoutings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city# v+ m: u) @6 [
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in% z' a9 o \. O$ G! B
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate" ^( B: y1 W# h6 e" P
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
# \& w2 N; f6 l& N$ fdemonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
3 G' v+ u+ n# y9 Y0 pa variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those: L! O1 T9 V( a! b6 b `6 c c
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management, p5 m1 [$ j1 O! f
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
