Duties include: preparing for programs by working with current staff at8 _; P1 |- N2 E1 y
CIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus* I1 ^* f( H) m* p; a
venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
5 C. ]- Q- y) _4 Z4 n U u Metc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
0 l, e9 X& j0 R* c9 H2 Oparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and+ m; [+ v0 h- `
their program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during) j2 t3 I7 q' t% ~* Q$ q; v' S0 f: x% f
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,! I5 R+ `9 M. K: p9 m/ c
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking. P# I& F4 e. d7 T% X) w
venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city2 W! _1 s9 C' A9 p
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city: b8 K& |7 ^* E4 S& U. e6 H, X
excursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night

such as schedules, itineraries, notices, correspondence, PowerPoint

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in3 |4 l- K5 h7 |: k; w; ^
Commerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
! d/ ~1 w7 g8 C# P; `5 Hfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,
# r+ M" `, c c( W2 Z* o& |3 Ademonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake# X, p4 Q1 y2 q* s0 V; V4 Q; z
a variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
* T5 C/ _, |+ M& `3 c0 `of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management) j0 a6 |" J6 `/ j8 n: B
skills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,4 D9 }) F3 Y2 ?" Z, B
