etc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for
M7 L, c2 x' \3 k% ?7 U7 xparticipants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
r9 R1 ^0 ?/ G R2 Y3 itheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during0 P: l4 n2 M6 n% r, U- r( e: q3 q0 s( O
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,

venue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city; ^* z) W' I9 ?7 g1 f
outings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city

Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
' t: a% r7 e$ \" A" y( {! yCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate" E+ ]6 ]7 U6 D1 m2 p
fluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,4 L2 a/ [' D* q3 ~& h6 W" a0 R1 k) n: E
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
4 H8 w1 M! n+ R4 r$ w4 k% ? ha variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those
2 m1 d% l7 b5 D1 F9 X7 b* \5 ?of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
0 H# c4 J, _6 h% rskills; accuracy to detail; working knowledge of MS applications (Word,
