Key Responsibilities:

( I( Y1 k' O, D/ v# H-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
8 u: G" L5 z$ ~# F# `, r3 W-Providing general clerical support to the office.
6 N9 r8 b5 i4 I5 R' Z( y: D9 R-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

-Customer service concepts.
9 j2 S+ C8 N1 w8 p1 o-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
