CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23
Job type: Full-time Permanent
Shift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

8 N! B/ y. `) m2 _6 F-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
7 L4 m7 ^; T; ^' ?1 i% w. c5 s-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
/ l% [* i5 Q7 R+ I2 _- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
+ t- z9 u8 S2 w% b0 L6 m* Z

' a! Q" J- z8 _# ?5 J, Z; {- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
' K2 g. J3 ^8 r0 V) @- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
