- c3 ?/ r6 |  j' {Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

Tenant Screening: Identifying suitable tenants by conducting reference checks or credit checks.

Leasing and Lease Renewals: Handling the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements, ensuring tenants understand the house rules, and overseeing lease renewals when applicable.

Customer Service: Providing professional and responsive customer service to tenants, owners, and other team members. This involves promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Maintenance Coordination: Organizing and scheduling repairs, replacements, and cleaning services for rental properties. Additionally, responding to emergency situations in a timely manner to minimize property damage and ensure tenant safety.
