3. Maintenance requests follow up
5 ?0 p7 }0 g( d$ b7 Q3 J6 N4 X c) r+ v4. Handling phone calls and emails
/ o6 v2 t- x4 e' E5. Bookkeeping
% H- K- d2 i8 C6 S0 J |6. Visit the building and enter the units
