China in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
negative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
tragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese

0 T- e4 n% m$ u7 }$ N; P) eidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
: B) \. F, f* r9 L1 f0 Lit is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
