A few minutes ago, the Consulate General of P. R.
) |5 q% @3 p, I9 B0 c' P2 UChina in New York called CSSAP mentioning the possible
1 ^- V6 }$ _! ?$ K) z3 b( ynegative effects of the recent Virginia Tech shooting
6 Z! q9 Z6 l8 \3 Otragedy on Asian students, which include Chinese
% Z; T: j- {$ V# `3 xstudents. Although the gunman has been currently
identified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to
safety issues in the near future. Rumor reporting that
the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
