Tasks
2 z' g$ }: i( {        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
/ j) A- V4 C4 f         Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
% B( E1 @' P& @/ s& B         Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
# Z3 B2 O; d/ s0 j# x$ W         Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
0 |! ?' z8 b9 e* u7 v7 [         Generate reports.
        Provide friendly and professional services.
        Update customer information.
0 u3 K0 N$ ~4 Y, V         Filling paperwork and document.
9 s" l: }$ c  @& n! y         Monitor and order office supplies.
' g/ y( V8 C7 n& Y         Container information update
1 E, B: E' ^4 a6 O" b) d8 t         Keep the office clean and organized.

Qualifications
        Strong verbal and written English.
        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
) k2 f$ b& j0 o7 q        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
# [" B3 ^! p+ [3 H, p; S         Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
