CAC Enterprises Group Inc. is a scrap metal recycling facility that is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver. We have work that takes us to many destinations within the city of Edmonton, (occasionally the province of Alberta) and need a conscientious and safety focused driver to join our team.

Key Job Duties

. K1 w9 E! m0 A; G5 l9 s· Perform pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks and paperwork
" C* c: j: ~5 F# o) Z* G) s2 q
· Connecting and disconnecting trailers

* k- y8 `/ j& @6 G· Record keeping of travel details, repairs and inspections

) X: z5 n  c0 b1 K0 c( i· Keep equipment tidy, clean and in good working order
; K8 K$ _3 ~. ?
' i  Y- p( H- L: \· Running flat decks, step decks, containers and super b’s

8 q5 T  r* a5 ^! Y. _· Operate manual and automatic shifts

" Q2 b1 C; _' W+ ^  \· Secure loads safely

· Pick up and deliver containers in an efficient manner
Qualifications and Training Requirements

0 c$ g7 S2 D& I; T· Minimum 3 years experience

· Valid Class 1 license

" P% L- g' U0 V+ Z9 ]. e% t" ^· 5 years clean driving record and abstract

· Load securement certification

1 [% S- C. w  |4 D2 P· Familiarity with industry safety rules and regulations
