Job Description:

· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.

· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

) j5 b% s. U. B. N
: H3 b- F1 s3 z3 \" {3 E$ K· Customer relationship management.

' ?+ G: ?+ H& J/ m  E· Operating independent marketing projects under the direction.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Working Hours:

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills
