Job Description:

· Assisting in the management of online sales platforms.
; \& [6 U& C# `6 ?$ Z  q
+ b, H% h) R1 T+ g$ u1 q· Take care of all order related matters from A to Z and Urgent Time manner.

4 D- K8 _: F- ~" s! Z
  A8 V, F+ w+ s: m) m& j7 e· Customer relationship management.

· Data collection and data analysis.

· Communicating with suppliers, warehouse, business contacts to solve specific issues.

· Completing specific tasks directed by online business manager.

· Supporting other office staffs when needed, such as Data entry and processing.

· Assisting yearly auditing

· Other duties as required.

· Working Hours:

1) Monday – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

· Hands on attitude to get the job done. Good work ethic.

· Fast learning ability

! k8 s: a, I6 q* X· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

· Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong time management skills

) k7 b* K+ n# x- M# ]· Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

· Could handle high pressure work.
