/ m% F0 W5 p2 }7 _! H+ F) S* sBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
, M" _5 L8 K6 vDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
+ v# E5 R0 V& L9 F) K4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
) X# f6 @: D2 a, ZSkills and specifications:
" w: l+ X0 p- d3 V4 D/ r4 S1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
: A) w0 N: d( O3 Y2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
$ G: w. L4 Y- w* @- r4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
