) S8 B) d  l6 I8 ^  zBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
/ o) [7 D( o$ n+ [Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
. {+ i; P/ x$ z9 q2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
* J! M& d  D$ e3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
! e9 H) h; S# v6 L6 }1 q; a9 I5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
8 |7 x" |+ v/ i9 i3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
( a& K" F3 x% T; W, D/ K4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
