Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
, G! |) t& h5 D4 u0 {; p0 ZDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
# y3 P! ]+ E) I1 x6 ~4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
, ?. U- Q0 S$ B: O# }6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
7 ]! U  ~: Q) z0 m7 y, m, q2 D2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
