- C: W4 X0 S6 ^5 x" J' T1 |- X' HBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
8 J, a0 Y4 j8 o+ zDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
" J/ _& g$ N: U5 |2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
% i+ U( u2 X2 a* ~. f) |, k- G3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
: w, D$ S. D( s5 b, v" E* H5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
, i* w5 X# E/ i: t6 O* r7. Other duties as assigned
' M! _' l3 a2 D! @& c& jSkills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
1 @0 m7 \, E0 t2 U3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
