6 X" m1 K9 i& c( _1 LBrief Job Description: Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.
, C: q" M4 U# qDuties and Responsibilities:
" z- j! M' ^6 H8 e: u/ O' r/ [1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing7 W9 i# X! _5 }- D) D
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
. R3 [9 F0 W# O3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs$ U8 Z' e d+ B9 ]' r+ S, K- g( c8 u
4. Calibration of Equipment7 S' o: V2 ~+ M2 X2 R9 ~# g* I
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings4 w' U9 A A4 b/ |; ~/ S' W/ \; y
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices) u& P8 T' E8 ~3 @" e: c
7. Other duties as assigned

M( R k3 H2 {4 K9 l1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
; B' [. Z: V |3 y9 W9 ?2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)( U2 p0 H B' R" } U7 X
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
3 v1 Y2 b# P/ T4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment2 n0 s$ @6 Z; @
