Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports5 o1 F- t/ X" a
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
" @9 M- t+ m4 a2 ELiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers9 T% v5 M* \6 c2 L& O- J B# N

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy* q8 l2 x a, P# C2 H
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
8 ?* C# Q; R q2 R; PStrong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail
