工作职责
7 K& j* `6 d3 k" R* rŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' [$ W5 ]4 m+ _7 {* z5 M9 JŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
- ?6 m/ B& x: E" Y' XŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
* e4 j9 l+ N" g# r: JŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 v! Y" F+ g" g3 {Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 j' \+ F0 s# C" a2 O4 NŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
. }0 ?; k( b9 pŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( v3 B* [& v  X9 ]/ |8 b" b+ XŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.

$130, 000-$150,000 per year
