6 @8 S* f; p7 t( y; |Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
; M* _+ ]7 _3 r$ h! B0 `) k3 XŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
) q3 j4 t& G( `$ z- HŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
9 u4 H/ @% u: KŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
8 U8 a1 F; b& L. |$ X* Y/ t; QŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
. `* }, t3 v* y  Z" o6 LŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
4 B7 {! A& V0 y3 t2 yŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
% p$ x" A  i0 V2 q3 ^Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
5 B& N( [- n$ B  y! m3 ~0 \Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
