工作职责
5 s+ q7 m  U$ N2 R! q+ r3 IŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
2 s1 H8 g" y9 S: \+ FŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
% M" v8 X# o9 Y5 @; w2 H1 [( H0 tŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
- b" D4 s' P% a3 B  xŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
# Y9 `9 \% y! ]" ]1 B4 I, {" OŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
9 W+ v' }  \# I! d% h& eŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.

0 V8 i* p8 [! a3 DExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
