工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
' n( I/ F3 X+ q; U" I( O0 @Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
  ]7 D% E( A# [4 ^Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
1 E9 `! O- u/ H2 U0 b3 y7 @Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
7 T8 a. n+ Z& }0 b2 y2 Y+ O& {Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
& W" v6 g! [0 |; e) ^Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
% L. p; B* b: m1 q8 ]Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
9 V/ L% c. \2 B3 SŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

3 K2 _1 z& m9 d5 j0 Z& IŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
- W  ~  q2 S% wŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
) Y# y! U  [  O# o, u0 }0 f  Z% |Ÿ   Computer experience required.
# Y0 Y  K) `& P( O2 gExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
