. B" x5 R5 l- F+ V- a1 Z& T  LŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
* s/ B( R" D- `" d4 T9 }/ }Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* E/ O& a8 Z: f* zŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# k' G2 M, Z1 B/ [1 B4 PŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
+ m+ O5 n8 T& d; r) Y% mŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
/ V& ^- F0 ]9 f% v8 vŸ   Computer experience required.
: w$ u+ A7 D/ C: f  HExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
