( w' [+ e1 \7 X3 M, `6 }1 QThe Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
% ^- \# v' H( ?-Job Responsibilities:
3 c! [8 f3 g9 U+ \9 s  G4 gCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
) E3 V4 t5 H5 C  U* S+ rProvide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
. j4 e5 B4 j$ M7 ~8 ^# K- xMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
Order and receive raw materials and dry goods.
Maintain daily production records.
