Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking./ F% `) O. { Z+ l5 l
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system." F" K8 a7 G7 t( Q( w
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
1 ~0 ~ M0 V0 Y$ WResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.( U/ Y* H& F5 R7 F
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.& c9 Z& s1 A& L" h8 F- n+ K1 f
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services., C# G6 k; h, x; N
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
2 ~0 L( |; n) L" eImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
' ^4 r* a/ Z2 z% o3 Y$ FBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
