Job Description
8 S3 u- q/ r3 [) ~8 o2 \% DResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
* r( m1 A, d1 w YResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
9 W' B/ e$ j; J' G5 SResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc." O/ w6 r0 z7 b4 B; Z0 e
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
3 ]( N; P) u* e: q; l% v, S/ Z3 h" R) wResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.$ t* ?6 q% A1 [
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services./ C5 _7 S* L: T8 n
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
% a/ R& q6 ^ d e) tImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement." y! ~& B: A" H& I/ U- j+ L" _) r6 @
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.: ?( g3 e0 P9 S; `) m0 ~( V
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
