Job Description
7 w4 v9 {3 V& S5 }6 g FResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
/ N2 Z' [, p) o$ IResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
. K1 V1 q- y7 y" [" U$ rResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.5 T! C4 l' ?1 M- r- X
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.3 Q. l' u' U v, `6 x. z1 E- [
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
/ i+ m j6 J- |& M) ZResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.9 x8 q( T3 d5 c- Z# O$ P4 [: Y
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ ^8 ?0 g8 W o. d1 UImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.& H7 g0 f2 {7 V2 Q, N
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
