Job Description
. D, W. ?! A+ D- b/ CResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
% e2 E# T& `( u6 C KResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.; ?2 _2 S) M. C+ V0 w1 u* ]1 i
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
4 I& p2 V" L! V" N$ yResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider." c& o0 k% {6 K. H8 o e
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
& ~: }( o. v) U- a; v' w$ MResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
) c& [! R4 X: i: S1 `+ d y; Z# MNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
# A q) J5 j" g. E, kImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
& \+ K" u3 b* f# @, T3 sBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
