CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

$ w6 C0 T; `! M; nResponsibilities:
, |/ t$ `- F- w; p6 S! H) j: T" B•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
3 P- f# f$ d! b$ P8 [% K( W/ i•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
8 `2 p8 v# N1 V' b3 }$ V: b( @•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
9 N( s' Z6 c" R; }•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
! g! e  G# o$ O1 }6 V1 K•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
: g7 x' K, [5 {+ V4 @# v
•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
) Q, x" P! w$ l% A3 c4 g•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
3 f) b3 O8 |4 V( }# T- x- v1 p6 r•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
/ e+ V9 W9 X! z+ V' ?) z$ o, U•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
