CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

' h6 Z# s- ~0 K3 t- \+ @5 c+ ]+ JResponsibilities:
9 V0 i( M. |- l5 j0 U1 x% }•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
# y: j8 l" D0 z) r* d9 ^•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
% J7 |9 Z& g3 [5 }  }$ E; y5 X# e•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ n! G: i. L/ S# X•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
% g8 K% R  N# X0 P% w2 p2 r  V/ [•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

+ w' v& r: b% H: h5 N2 S  F•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
( ~, j* q$ {7 H! h. W•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
  s3 f6 C6 S& t' W/ _9 ?( R; N, o•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
1 @+ v' F5 R! q. l" J! {•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  O/ B$ E7 p  a" M1 d) j; ~•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7 e2 M1 r6 J( a9 t9 b3 }/ U•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
