CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
' a; [! z9 R+ l9 p  p3 t•        Publish financial statements in time
( V; h5 Q+ P! l: a* B5 ]•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
! K/ k9 e' {: Z! m•        Ensure timely bank payments
1 m& ~* {2 D: b  w" }•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
: a* Y8 P+ ^) I9 i3 g•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
5 p4 C) x2 w/ `6 B- ]•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
5 o: y! T8 r8 }•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3 s' ^* q: e3 m: D•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
