CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

. ^9 C& y: H  i* yResponsibilities:
  ]/ R! t' l9 F2 N; u7 l•        Manage all accounting transactions
# Q0 D7 q: k# @•        Publish financial statements in time
/ _  B; e6 \/ G8 W4 p( X•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
. }# b; Y( Z& A•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
; ~8 J3 k6 t; l; K# |2 C•        Ensure timely bank payments
9 U$ m; r+ M( y•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
9 f& ^8 i! \; @, _4 N8 g•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
" x6 U0 n" R0 R2 j& f# k•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. o/ O! h, x. O( Z  o•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
9 j9 G7 m. M$ U: u1 D1 L
& }# K; y, ~; V' \) r1 w•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
2 ~: ^$ u5 S0 W  w•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- I! {/ L, U; V1 x6 g•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
% G8 Z7 L/ y7 F1 v•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
