CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
•        Publish financial statements in time
) o4 K* O7 I( O, Q, F& }•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
. a$ F% s8 p( g" t' l- o5 s' W•        Ensure timely bank payments
" S9 G4 J4 [; @•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
* A& P; u* L# g) p$ P* ]•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
. B. x5 s) U1 k' K•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
: _8 y0 F, r9 r( ?% u: ~& y•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

: V2 D: Y1 u7 W  ?, tAccountant Requirements:

) y9 Q. F+ y  L: V$ U+ Q- f! L6 m•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
3 R8 }; |0 z# Q( o2 d•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
/ k% f; b" O/ J6 W# A•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
