Nobody living in this area? is the bad area?

Dongbeiren · 发表于 2007-3-30 11:53

NO SHOOL IN THERE...

April ·

Not the prestigious area in Edmonton, think somewhere else if you have choice........

Homework ·

MacEwan is fairly good. But not as good as Twin Brooks and Rutherford. MacEwan has more multi-houses (apartment, duplex) and the number of rented house is higher. The followings are the comparison based on the data a year ago.

Single house/total house rent house/total house
MacEwan 62% 17%
Rutherford 78% 4%
Twin Brooks 85% 2%

why is not so good as Twin brooks and Rutherford?

Homework ·

Rutherford

if you has choice ,go to WEST ,personal advice .

everybody telling the SW is best, now I am comparing Rutherford and SouthTerwilliger.
Any better advices?

do you have more specific idea what community is better(with good Elementary school), even SW, Macewan is not as good as some others.
