• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
5 R2 f5 G$ m" T$ V, P$ Z3 M& A• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
& }9 W- O) {! m6 Y• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
! l. w; s; z& G* C: }• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
4 `. }- ~' x8 u) {7 L- K0 e• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
! k- u5 T% U, b" X0 S9 G+ m• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
; V, I7 c9 Y9 t; h" |* Y/ r• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
