- c/ H0 i& j% F- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.

- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
4 d, e7 H$ @' Y0 S4 ~8 _1 R- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
5 P; x- M7 T7 L# {4 B! _( I- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
3 W! u  c' v% m8 A2 b! I- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
5 N7 H6 h7 r3 l" p  x- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
: }: z* @+ k5 t; @5 D- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
