Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
$ }' q6 e, B& w" q+ ^- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
+ ~% N% M3 m6 x* c( j- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
9 i9 j# u( x$ m$ M4 O8 S- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
  P% ~! p* Q5 w5 n4 H) e* ?, _- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
2 ?/ Y8 L: ^3 `/ o# ]% ]( [- I- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- j2 L9 e4 R; a" _  r9 e7 p2 I- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
