- Secondary school graduate
3 a2 C  [: e( h* E) f6 s- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
) r) y/ W$ {( Z5 {0 y: X& D- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
8 `# L! O, B  m' _- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
9 C9 K: M" x" ~- ^/ J- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
# t  \1 l4 b  h- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
