+ J; p- @5 y) b, {-Completion of a post-secondary education
+ I7 ^$ z# y+ Y7 V-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
5 C' V0 @- J0 [3 K, P+ @3 ?-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
' a, W) r6 Y, G3 p-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
; l9 M+ a: X) T-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
7 S& m4 O; w2 }7 [-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
) i; k* ^- A. m% }-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
9 l( H, n- i$ ]9 g6 f" r-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
