5 S5 X+ h) k1 A-Completion of a post-secondary education
7 b$ r# R& f% [' q-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
" u; Q: a4 K) \6 P5 G-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
9 D% j! ?+ m$ `! x& R-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
. ~( e& h* l+ ^$ E" y' s7 i/ `-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
! k3 [7 a- A/ a5 |7 A-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
9 X' a9 \) m4 s3 |. x: T-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
6 z; X1 p/ T4 V0 d-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
