- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently

- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
" L& W6 {9 y( h4 H- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
, _: v# i3 t* ~- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative& z. S# P- Z- `: c/ C: ?8 F- u
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. # p. Q1 V v0 ~7 `

]; ?/ f6 B; b$ H+ r- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.& y" H$ ?+ c/ Z0 e0 l: h5 F9 {
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
: r2 m- }1 r, y! e, f2 c" C- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
. r5 L% m0 R) B) _- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
2 h% h: u. _- q8 N c- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
4 M9 I( N. Q/ p. k- R- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.* j0 S8 m7 e! ]8 `- J- e" q, }
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.0 T8 L2 h3 R% p; G l' H& M. j
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.. d& o. F- g5 t1 _& b+ X, q2 \- W! W
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance., q& g- U; E, b# T% ~) a8 o
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.

- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
