Job Duties:

- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.

- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
' h8 e# g6 B: @: @- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
9 g& T3 `$ k/ Q9 @* P0 A- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.7 h8 K6 H" E& W4 ?1 K
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
@9 M p! u* y8 [ N9 m- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.& Z# g) _: l5 o4 \2 v4 Z2 Z
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.4 {3 R6 n9 D( i. d. ]2 |' V" \
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.. C } I: q4 b. ~( v+ g
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers. c1 Q# D6 [, Y& Z9 ~
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.9 r* n& Z3 }3 a0 ^' S3 I
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
