- Charge Credit Card to approve payment

- Follow up and report about order status

- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently: z9 `" g, h1 ~& H- S6 K- r
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
) Q7 R6 o" }7 H6 \- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
1 O5 v& n# r# R- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
" H' y/ N3 C& l( f& c4 _- Point of contact with Factory in China

- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage1 S+ N" G) a& S5 ]
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
* p% L% V0 y6 n! C: t  h( R- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
( X$ e/ q: Q0 H1 I6 q- EDI accounts related work and others as required

# U  s8 z9 s' w  {- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
+ V7 g, v& O& l- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
$ i4 Z5 h8 M0 X# C- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
0 X% t% N/ S# s) C9 [8 s/ F- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
: f' q3 F2 K( F- L- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.- n- P3 F1 q3 b- l
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
& a3 K2 |" O* ?9 `& Y- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.0 c, F7 V' H- S
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.* {0 I/ ]' J0 y: D( H
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.% d0 h; v  A9 E0 N( {
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.: e. M( l- C* `& s
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.
