留學生可否申請GST Credit?

中學留學生, 沒有SIN number, 是否可以申請 GST Credit?
! ]' _/ h& f1 m# n- a8 s( q" ~有人說可以, 但我電話查詢Revenue Canada時, 接聽的人又不能明確的指示如何申請. 只說只有在加國工作的人才可申請. 不明???

先申请sin吧。应该可以，只要是低收入都可以。

如果不能申请ＳＩＮ，　可以透过　ＩＴＮ　报税。　申请表格

apply for the credit on your 2005 return. Generally, you
have to be 19 or older to get payments, but you can be
younger than 19 to apply.
If you are under 19, you are eligible only if:

■ you are (or were) a parent and live (or lived) with

If you don't have sin number, you can choose to file your GST application without sin number. CRA will give you temporary one. Or you can state your situation with letter.
