•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; Y6 K9 w2 _! g; f  Y' U% x•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
$ W) O# G4 Y' g- u6 h9 \" A•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
$ m7 s! f# X- ?( O/ Y6 A! d9 v•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
" Y/ c8 W' x* _9 o! Z0 p•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
4 a7 {$ p( K+ E# I" z7 {6 {•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
3 e9 P$ c1 d; X0 N, Q, a4 p; y•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
; u6 C( L, Q: e1 w  P) a9 F•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
: z" \7 o: x# k. R* z: r  q•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
# o& c% R& W% p* u( j•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
9 B9 W+ z, G: a9 i/ b•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
/ j1 A& }8 U; B% v9 a5 X•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
