•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
' d& S" H0 ^. Q2 k# e7 }4 Y/ W•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
( q7 H% |* L( P# i•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
) S4 D. G5 N0 z! {: \* ~% ~•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
  k5 X1 ~5 \$ ^( \6 u) e8 a& v•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
9 H; o' M' q8 o; T% N9 Y•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  M! d, V% Z5 }•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
! E/ ?2 l5 A! P' H1 W  m  y•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
2 W! _+ u* H( K6 f, ^/ u! _5 O•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
8 x/ c, ^- K" }  |•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
7 \; i; ]5 Q8 p( J•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8 i# a" E3 U. K! H0 c9 APost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.
