0 L- o! ?1 `4 Y2 A) uAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:2 M- J; A0 ^/ t
S) S5 Y$ s/ A( q+ P- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. + ?' U) @2 f7 u- e# e' I# R
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. 3 w* a/ E' n, h# U: H; Q) w! m) M
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. & _4 f {: _6 O( y: |7 w
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. : `7 b x! X( w) Z: b% F! R
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
+ `- S) { y5 q' m- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). ! b, H7 M( D; |- E K8 |2 E- C
- Managing shift expense budgets.

- Strong leadership skills ; V5 J6 T! O5 ^. p: |6 V% @/ h
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 2 \' ^# ^. l! W! Q/ C
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
, p0 f" G; B" C" M9 S- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations 4 v6 A2 Y/ D) j8 T
