As a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:5 y( O8 U: N- m6 f
. K' t/ C- j4 m! g- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
+ n: V: J: l# w3 c* o- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. - ]( O4 I( C/ \2 Y! q
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
( N$ y" F u7 B W8 {2 i# B- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
9 \; N G- b* N# E+ P& `2 C- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.

- Managing shift expense budgets.

- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills # ]8 `8 Y* p! \
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations
