Hawaiian Chicken

8 j1 b- R" G  j0 W•        1 tsp (5 mL) Ground ginger 4 b+ S) K+ d. A, J. R- A" |
•        1 Clove garlic, minced' I. l; \0 b# V( `, T
•        Pinch pepper; Z4 Q/ U- c) S# [
•        4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts3 c" i; K. M9 L- i8 p
•        4 Pineapple slices

In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and pepper; add chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Reserving marinade, arrange chicken and pineapple in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with marinade; broil for about 4 minutes per side or until chicken is golden and no longer pink inside. Serve topped with pineapple.
