Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

6 e# _* A+ g# R/ C# D3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

( }$ f/ D2 D2 w4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

  }2 r4 j, v" o$ Q5 E& E$ E5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

" _) g9 G7 T# L! m, X1 o6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

% F% h: t  D6 T0 H. w8 `4 S/ v, S8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

" e9 Q& P, X. ~4 I5. Send orders to warehouse

6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

7 U0 Q8 R. ^, Q) H9 u11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
