工作，老板说压几百块，以防万一突然不来，或者不能够紧守职责。

12 (2)  An employer may deduct from the earnings of an employee a sum of money that is
(a)    permitted or required to be deducted by an Act or regulation, including a regulation under this Act, or a judgment or order of a court,

  I' O3 }0 f0 h3 {; Z结论就是，在Employment Standard里面，只要员工authorized in writing，雇主可以扣掉或者暂时hold住，你们读也不读就想当然告诉别人错误的信息。

你把我的链接打开看一下就是到了，是Alberta Labor “ask a question online”的链接。意思是直接去问有关部门。根本就不是什么Reference
