父母在加拿大已居住超过十年，本应享受到加拿大政府的老年金，但政府以种种借口至今没给。想请一个会讲国语，有这方面经验的律师，恳请大家帮忙推荐。谢谢！

父母在国内是否有养老金？如果有，就会根据具体情况来定，本来十年可能也没有多少

As of 2017, the time that you have to support them financially changed from 10 years to 20 years. That means they are not able to access to social assistance for 20 years.
