适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.) W) e! T  R4 h' z; p8 [1 L* L- G' |

2 e/ D  l0 c3 \3 O9 Z  o4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
7 I+ i; i( N* [6 D, Y+ u5 O2 packages yeast
1 c5 R1 c7 }  |1 _3 r9 G1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- i5 _6 I. m' E, u1 teaspoon salt
" A: r" S# t$ Z" r  N/ c1/2 cup pineapple juice, |# K. S8 q! s, A7 h1 `9 M
1/2 cup water" t( P, y- S6 X. _6 {, P: h
1/3 cup shortening2 {  G0 p; \6 x8 r4 Z
1/4 cup honey$ ]* `! I* [' \  U
2 eggs
1 ?7 O. V( u8 H5 q/ ~1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
  ?) X' `9 N- F$ Q4 z% e0 a- @* S. Q$ E
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and+ E  S4 f+ s% H8 z' M& I+ F- ~
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice% H8 v- l4 Z! t
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;% B. @: h# L7 t& o& h# Y
shortening does not need to melt.)
% O. M; I) T  ^* w4 cAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
) k: o7 E7 d( g# |until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ' p& E0 u; U) i6 `5 ^
stir
- e4 _$ c4 r: H' Kin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured / ~$ R8 P, b0 V8 d0 w
surface6 t* R: |6 V3 p$ T& i4 h: N
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
" D' a' a* e& K, k3 p" G  X) X6 S- fturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes. G' B$ _3 L( G6 Y$ \/ F
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).
; w* Z0 K4 Q: u/ a7 `" \4 {1 X1 Y; q% \, W
Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
. V( ]4 W* i7 i0 o4 x, LPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ; b) x- R5 b0 g* @) k

to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly+ {$ o3 p2 X, l6 V8 N
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree $ P, R; a+ d6 w4 J
for
9 j- ~* ^& z/ Z35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
