适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.5 ?, O# |4 |  v

1 E/ {9 P% ~5 ?2 a( L) P) Q5 ^, c# O+ Z. e+ }6 K# y) S
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR0 j& l; ?# {  R' I
2 packages yeast
6 y; y/ j# c$ F) J  {1/3 cup nonfat dry milk' k2 w. T) e: a% g
1 teaspoon salt
% y- x. l6 u5 h( Q# O7 f% A1/2 cup pineapple juice
! h# W7 z2 `( {+ C# s1/2 cup water) a# B& P$ ]. m& s/ _  U
1/3 cup shortening) a  h3 G8 r+ V* {
1/4 cup honey
- N" F: L3 V* s: Y2 eggs
- {  [) Q% S# o9 H9 ?" E1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
/ u3 U9 p- b3 _) p" L4 j3 Csalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
1 E. `: C, ?% Z* K9 e, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
8 g) k/ Y* w: F9 V+ t$ f1 c! Dshortening does not need to melt.)+ s$ Y( P& o2 R6 r+ H2 F- E
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed: a! ^" A. d8 P+ [
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
; @8 n) l! k0 Z! ystir! l. {! U( t. C5 U6 W& n: v6 g
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 3 S5 Q& F# f# X/ i% U& ]# A- `' G
surface; ]; h% ]! G9 g% h1 A
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
6 {+ V" v3 I, e& l+ w/ pturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
+ m$ y1 B# _$ O# x% ~" Q' u% l(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

2 ?+ k. @" y0 B  ]Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
2 s, h( d/ }. k0 Q/ i6 n5 mPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

5 U& T. Q0 Q4 E' tto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
5 W- A% O( o/ k' Gbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 0 n: n+ N* e* T& d" I0 [
for
+ f9 T4 F( c" E& d( ~8 W& R5 V35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
