2 packages yeast
% g) X0 Y$ d& A1/3 cup nonfat dry milk

1/3 cup shortening

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and2 c( h6 w: z' g7 J
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
4 k3 t- x, b8 d7 k, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

& f4 e5 v+ C, J/ t" F& n- ~Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed' I: I8 W6 Q5 ^7 y1 l
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
