适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
: Q* {' ~( z4 J2 packages yeast3 S* f1 B' a( t
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
6 a( n: H" N& P& b/ i$ N5 @; n3 [1 teaspoon salt
- l4 ^- n3 c; T$ }8 r, I1/2 cup pineapple juice
( z# y) [6 c& }) W/ k1/2 cup water
0 c; {# [( X  ~. P- z1/3 cup shortening  _7 P9 [% Y: ^4 W8 b4 ~
1/4 cup honey
2 S+ R$ Z1 Z& k8 I) e; t* A2 eggs$ z+ M7 H' g- [2 b$ q# ]
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired" T; h$ M7 ~" r/ L0 c
. b7 i% Y* p9 T* Q% `
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and7 S' o* V; s, e3 R! ?  a
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice' p& q/ @; {# v- s) b3 W. P
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;* g& ]" P$ s" C% B2 [! g( I
shortening does not need to melt.)
1 J+ f' V& s  N% fAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed- T& I% p+ `1 j7 e. \
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 5 U9 E2 p- h, o5 v
stir: I8 X4 q* B+ O9 O
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
  |# p  J8 R; F3 X; h2 zsurface' N' S9 q' `3 M5 m3 A
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,3 ]7 \, J1 q  |
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes
0 N8 ^8 f% o( _) ^& g$ b; O(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).6 Q; h5 `3 j# k& ~8 t

! k8 n6 x1 @, N0 z7 jPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.  H* L& Q, s8 {7 y& B0 k4 t
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

0 G7 r' w2 r" z# k1 k' Yto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly% D" \8 a2 ?5 ~4 i7 e" @
beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
- C" q  C* d# a. k  ]0 X4 r) }8 \$ ^! Sfor
+ M/ r, g1 r/ P; d35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
