适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

6 C; k3 W# u: j3 R7 k4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
9 @- P: R) C  d9 x2 packages yeast/ _5 z1 k/ v8 t% t
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
9 d% O' i% a( D( |1 teaspoon salt
7 v7 E" L: ]( d8 ^! U0 ]1/2 cup pineapple juice
* [6 i4 O) b1 U9 U) q" v  |% o1/2 cup water' K( q4 J" Z2 J
1/3 cup shortening
+ P$ O7 t( I; ]& `5 x  U1/4 cup honey
/ t, R; Z% S% \* z9 E, H2 eggs" E8 l5 {% {& R: B- N# ~( e
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
* W& [( h  \- Q* v: n& ]4 k0 ?2 V2 [# L7 ~$ l
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and. L) ~2 ?$ l9 E
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice: `3 C5 ?. X' k1 T8 s" ?
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;) n& a; y8 I5 [' e9 G# `
shortening does not need to melt.)6 _9 d5 Q- X' B' v' n
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed" q5 u2 ?; v% B! }& e* Q
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 2 V2 a- X8 X7 l0 `4 Q9 M/ T) k: B
surface
# C; n* p' k/ A! S& U0 `until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
( ]5 q4 O$ x1 ]; dturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

4 j+ c! R! F4 w3 Z) S. i! eto 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
# S: C' V3 x0 V7 }; W, }, m$ S. `: ~beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
