适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR: N/ C" D, O6 s7 q/ C' |; a
2 packages yeast' E( G, T, w2 p( W
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk% s0 E! Z+ m6 f- [9 x: B
1 teaspoon salt8 Z- V5 `1 I. P
1/2 cup pineapple juice* R5 t- ^8 q: m3 ~1 k; p
1/2 cup water
$ p1 n4 _+ L( W1/3 cup shortening
+ ~% f" T, i* U) \! r$ U; n1/4 cup honey
6 e( i$ R% J& x+ Z4 t6 I2 eggs7 ]! K/ d# O! _2 @! u5 j+ A# W
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
$ M+ ]2 a# t! [1 p8 x  X" k; W' {2 f3 y3 r, }7 W# G
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and7 D, B4 ?' ]% d. V1 K! U
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
  f! C) {- |/ x) C! T( s0 N, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
7 P; ?" Z* L( d1 T  ]: Q& v& {5 dshortening does not need to melt.)5 U# L! o. O" j
Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed9 C, k+ e( [7 u0 b! A: ]/ N
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually
* n2 O& H% s( {4 @0 ^stir5 w' b: o4 b: r
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured " o1 v/ K% a1 P/ {5 i/ B& m1 d
surface' s9 c& b* r3 j- F2 o- P' Y; j
until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,$ ~8 j  G, R' \
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes% u  P; e+ x# s; H# M
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

" {$ V9 l" b( o7 vPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
& ~8 d* E6 ~! ~3 P! mPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place

5 L  G% L! s& K$ ?to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
/ f. @8 A8 Z9 d/ c1 X! S0 Nbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
) K" m4 ?1 k! U' U  ^1 S* Cfor9 k2 H- R( s  P0 p7 n4 I
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
