Job descriptions

1. Manage all invoicing 
& d' H* J- A' S" Z2 H( x
; b, e" c( X8 U2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls

3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access
" @2 V( V7 ~5 b( J+ g; T8 w- C
) ^; K, Q! E: B* E2 ~7 T9 @4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

6. Other duties will be assigned

Requirements

8 e$ `+ _! a4 `' P1. Willing to learn and highly attention to details
2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
3. Good organizational skills
' J2 e, p' R1 N& p" Q$ a; r. z$ _4. Must have some computer skills
