In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
& L% H# [( |' ~Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
; n" b' _( g6 P/ WEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
) ?* i, V+ H6 Y5 n7 T/ i* }. oBe accountable for decision and actions
  m# X: ^, V- P2 gMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
2 r3 \6 U6 `! X
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
; t5 j2 W+ M' p$ m# W) t2 Z• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
: F+ \% Y% v" O; M& iExperience:
6 W. E/ X) X& ?  m1 G4 x, A2 O- Y/ t
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
' ?1 g  J) g/ \8 L& n$ q. q+ FPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

! M) v% L9 X- D7 ^) v' s3 p2 h
* F* v, e) x5 K! H& }- U( }9 E3 zCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
+ @/ B( i4 O4 j  X* \! d8 CMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
