The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs. , M- |% e: R9 jQualification: 0 K/ N$ k. I1 F6 i! Z) d ) _4 [% f4 G3 x/ j! {Must be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset.
