The Director of Care is responsible to support care team with necessary equipment and educational instruction to maintain a high care standards for residents; the Director of Care is responsible to be involved in organizational and professional activities that will support innovation to address individual resident care needs.- n8 f+ Q; P9 R8 A! Qualification: ' Y# k8 e* C3 b: W3 e ! }: Y/ I, A5 L m2 c5 zMust be a registered nurse and possesses CARNA registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in health care is required. Time spent in a management role will be an asset. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.$ X1 P4 Z* l3 z
