3 N9 P, L9 N) w: N8 X8 m8 ESpecific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory
