The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
* \0 r& g: e% V• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
0 |/ p; y: Q  m- e- D3 K( V• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
; x. t- h; c% G5 c$ Q( n8 x• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
  M5 ~& _# Q, X• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
* p, Z! M9 g& \& _  j2 g2 }• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

% \1 j& a+ r& z$ iThese additional qualifications would be an asset:
( N! L% j, T# V7 D+ g; A! Z• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
, ~0 w, n; [7 `, d• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
; ?% w& @- Y# O# z9 c• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
• Experience with interfacing with hardware
, p8 s. D% W3 {( }) m% N5 F2 h• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET

• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
