# _. }, h8 Z3 L) y, z• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
9 t& W5 {$ \" B& @* U• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
) {2 Q6 f2 k; I$ s• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
9 E: h1 I9 x* w1 C' D+ Z• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

! x5 d# k' J: R* ?These additional qualifications would be an asset:
• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
( x* C' v( w' V0 w" t' R1 q• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
7 g5 s" c' W* P/ `/ o9 ?3 z5 i• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
* @% S- t+ X% f( \- u2 ^3 {• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
5 y" J, m6 u" b1 _• Experience developing rich web applications
: A: @/ [4 C- F4 ~+ c% T7 W( f• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
