“Science Literacy Week highlights Canada’s outstanding scientists and science communicators from coast-to-coast. The goals are to showcase the excellence and diversity of Canadian science and to show how exciting science is."
( e8 ^* N# a8 D; X- l$ `7 e$ z4 bAs part of Science Literacy Week, Kids Code Jeunesse will be running free workshops for kids across Canada from Sept 18th – Sept 24th in Libraries and community centres to introduce children to science and code.
3 B3 K- R) q! ?This September, Kids Code Jeunesse will be in the Edmonton area and we need your help! We're looking for volunteer mentors for Coding workshop.
2 W2 y( I, A% q$ G' E5 BKey Responsibilities:
- mentoring learners and providing support to our lead instructors to help create a warm, friendly and inclusive learning environment for children
4 K+ c( O5 U$ z" h, `" x& ^Benefits:

- Enjoy the world of education and are looking for ways to give back to the community
