SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
5 G) I1 J7 C4 G& u# o  H   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
% {/ h7 ^% p3 W6 g& _0 Q# e   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
+ }( M; G; w1 o: a( R   o Microsoft Operations Manager
( l  z( U. h: f& u5 t/ k( J, R) N   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
4 I3 T, |1 ?) A& [1 A% B8 Y7 q+ G' G   o Linux based operating systems
2 A- `& y, w7 [1 A- k3 C4 v- G$ Z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
. ^% n: F* e. E9 H& {   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
0 k( l4 t5 A( p& x1 O• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

) Q: p! R% d* z1 j• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
, r- L" }# s  D5 O/ B) Y• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
% A+ A9 Q( A& t  m0 f! D, e• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

# A! s6 g$ O" L: D% M, P8 M$ l• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
) M+ k* I9 I) a8 V( W   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
$ U* w! {0 r9 t+ A* m* t& u   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
  S& J6 a1 e& J• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
0 h7 D: @: R$ E• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
! f& E" r: F. q2 `* }, t( }- u• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
: a# ^- I% y3 T) ]) S+ V. M• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

& g+ k: `4 F: k8 F$ \• Have led medium to large sized projects
