DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

' {. B9 i6 b; |  E/ [• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
! e& j/ P2 q- ?9 C9 E6 W   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
; x+ H1 X" N9 c' E9 S( ^9 y0 x   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
/ S$ }6 g* Q5 Q8 n   o Linux based operating systems
# L+ e4 L1 c9 |9 }   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
; k8 }9 b' _5 E% P  B3 Z0 q• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
$ m& |: e; s% v) H; c' i0 k* L• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
; Z5 c6 F, \6 v6 ?• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
' g0 |& v& p0 a9 D• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
! `: B- i4 ~- }6 i% [   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
5 x' v: j2 \. w3 N) v: B! u   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
6 T& [% q$ q- ^   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
& _; K8 {; X# q" G6 N   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
6 K: ]5 R. U: M/ ^0 P• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
# X' x9 |1 b- P+ a. a( n• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
• Clean enhanced criminal record abstract
