RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:" q3 z7 S q* B& y& h5 B0 {: M
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
+ I3 f# M: ~9 R- }7 h o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003, p1 {3 B# G- j$ z
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft Operations Manager

o Sun Solaris operating systems
6 c4 s) \, ]1 d! p4 k* U o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience9 K* D1 s5 z- w( }6 x" u, c
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows) }) {& T; \0 O7 j& H* o N) N
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
9 v, Q6 j. F3 E& YSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.- A4 s0 R3 r! ]; E
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

1 c1 L) l, V& J$ ]' e4 l• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
8 G O! q$ Y8 G7 L# b• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
