• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003/ F2 L$ v) t2 q3 d
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000

+ }( M; G; w1 o: a( R o Microsoft Operations Manager

• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.* N: @& G2 A/ \) n% k) _
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls

SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.) R& C+ I# l n6 x M# A. w
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations. M" L* h4 B! u( v* A

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

: a# ^- I% y3 T) ]) S+ V. M• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.8 w2 @! a- w; \0 B! b7 n6 x
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
- k$ \ I" [7 b, a• Have 4+ years of network design experience
& g+ k: `4 F: k8 F$ \• Have led medium to large sized projects
