公寓本身的楼层位置也特别好，是二楼的Corner unit，采光通风极好。两间卧室都朝南，大客厅+餐厅有朝南+朝西一共三面大窗，其中朝南落地窗通往大阳台。还有一个像den一样的超大储藏室！带一个停车位。水暖和网络[/b]都包在租金内。物业还不错，客厅落地窗的大百叶窗帘、厨房炉灶和浴室水龙头都在我入住期间免费更换了新的。

6 N3 m  z& G4 U9 u八月中旬可以入住，如果需要提前或推后一两周，也可以商量。

有一个特别的好处是——从您入住起算，租约只要两个多月就到期了（10月底），非常适合短租！无论是夏秋旅游， 新移民短登，或者因为想买房或想试住等原因希望租约越短越好，这都是难得一遇的不二之选！

您好，请问这是个出租楼，还是直接和业主租房呢？能告知一个十字路口的位置我看看大概在什么位置么？ 看照片里有简单家具， 都会清空吗，还是会留下？多谢

) ^( v& y2 a. x7 J, e/ E/ \谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。

5 \3 K1 e0 ?  }8 _7 N5 u  O7 W房子里的家具是我们自己的，要搬走。
