伊朗与沙特不同， 伊朗在油价超过100的前几年被制裁，石油禁止出口。而沙特等OPEC国家则赚得满盘满钵，虽然过去三年亏本，但还是财大气粗。所以OPEC内部也矛盾尖锐， 各国态度180度转弯。大家也知道开始时， 伊朗是反对减产的。

过去赚得满盘满钵的沙特，现在见到美国的血腥味了， 看样子是不会轻易放下屠刀了。

# v$ j, r3 ~- [! A-------这个58块的成本，应该还在持续增加。因为再过两年，新井也变老井了。另据工会得到的消息，美国已经出现技工荒了。

9 G6 v2 F! m/ T( j$ j从统计的角度看，你这种计算连误差都算不算，整个就是片面和错误的，并且故意断章取义把文章中和你观点最矛盾的第一句话去除不说了：As per North Dakota’s oil regulator, the state’s daily crude output rose 2.4% in Apr after dropping 0.8% in the previous month
你这些论断根本架不住推敲
