爱城－－３２岁的爱城女人，在法庭短暂献身。她被控告对养子的死负有责任！不过，这个诉讼被推迟到３月５日了。

Davidson在法庭外说，对于这样的“复杂的诉讼“，验尸报告迟迟未出，并不少见。

Foster mom charged in death appears in court

9 w( N- t) D8 J  H. ^EDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

2 g/ |7 ~" f4 o  n8 K0 o3 V- mThe woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."

Davidson also told court he'll be seeking bail for his client.

The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.

The woman was also looking after a second foster child, as well as two of her own children.

罪名一当成立，估计连两个亲生的都领不回去了吧？

狠心的女人，至少有照顾不周罪。小男孩刚被领养时，胖乎乎的，死时却骨瘦如柴。

是呀, 我那天一听这个事, 眼泪都快下来了. 那孩子太可怜了. 这女的还是McEwan教护士课程的老师呢. 好在学校现在立刻把她解雇了. 希望法庭还孩子一个公道.
